The members of The Hard 2 Git Bluegrass Band want to thank the Red River Valley Fair Assn. for making us a part of their fair entertainment for the fifth year…
Three Event Weedend
The Hard 2 Git Bluegrass Band had a very busy but fun time this past weedend. We started over in the Bailey, Texas area at a birthday party that included cowboy dutch oven cooking and bluegrass music. We were in a real nice barn-like building on a hilltop in a beautiful setting. We played everything we knew and then some and had a great time. Sunday morning we were the first group to sing in the brand new building at the Unity Baptist Church. We really feel at home there with the people who are so good to us. It was such a good service and it is good to see a church growing like that. I should also make note of the food and desserts that were just wonderful. From there we traveled back to a place near Paris where we set up and played for a grand lady’s 90th birthday where we had good food and fellowship. This was for a familly that comes to a lot of our performances in the area. This event capped off a good weekend of music. Our next time to play will be at the Bonham Hoedown put on by Joan Kelton out near Lake Bonham. We will see you there. Thanks James
Busy Weedend for H2G
We have a real busy weekend coming up starting at a private party in Fannin County on Saturday evening with cowboy cooking and bluegrass music. Sunday morning we will be at the Unity Baptist Church in Hugo, Oklahoma for the morning service in their new santuary. Sunday afternoon we will be playing another private party in the Paris area. Our show at North Lamar High School last weekend with the Ozark Jubilee from Branson, Missouri went real well and fun was had by all. Thanks to Judy Weatherford for including us as part of this show. The next Hard 2 Git show at the fairgrounds in Paris will be April 28th and we already have plans for a good show. Thanks James
